YES to GOD study sign up

You know how some people are just impossible to work with?

Well, I don't mean to brag but I'm afraid I must.

I really, really love my co-worker...

Even when she does this to my Sharpie markers...

Overall, she is a really hard worker...

and is always looking for more work

(to slobber on)...

She has a fun side to her...

but she also knows when to be serious...

And during our meetings she always pays attention...

The only complaint I have
is
that some days...

She's real lazy

~sigh~
Amiyah Elizabeth. I am loving being this little one's Grandma!
This precious little bundle of sweetness, definitely brings much JOY not only into my office but into my life!

Okay, WHO is doing the next YES to GOD book study of Lisa Whittle's "Behind Those Eyes" right here starting on Tuesday, September 23rd?

If you have any questions click here and read the study FAQ's.
Don't worry if you don't get your book by the 23rd, join in any time. Below, sign up if you know you are joining us so we can "mingle" with each other by visiting each other's blogs before the study starts.
Don't have a blog?
Still leave your name under Mr. Linky, but leave the URL line blank. Then in the comments section leave your e-mail address.
If you want to be a silent participant, so be it!
This study is for everyone and the height of your involvement is up to you!
This weekend if you have time, do some blog hopping and get to know one another.

Have an awesome weekend and remember that no matter what you are facing whether it is good or whether it's a trial...choose to PRAISE.
Lavish your King with praises.
He's deserving and He's One we know can be trusted!

One more thing...in August, my Mom Linda had surgery on her wrist. Last weekend she wanted to cook dinner for her mother's 79th birthday and while getting things ready, she fell outside on the concrete. On her wrist. She scraped up her hand and the hand connected to the wrist the surgeon just fixed is swollen and the pain is intense. The night she fell she was home alone with 3 small kids while my Dad was at work. She called my sister and asked her to take the kids and the food to her parents for her while my Dad took her to the ER. No broken bones, but the pain and swelling is really taking its toll on her. She works during the day and then is trying to take care of 3 kids under the age of 8, one which is a 6 month old (my parents do foster care).

Would you please say a prayer for her?

I just think that Satan has such a hay day with us when we get down and out and I'd be blessed to know she's being lifted up to Jesus by someone like you.

Thank you & God bless you.
~Many Blessings~

Hey there Lelia! I'm in! But you already know that.

Am I excited? Yes, YES and YES!

I can't wait, Paula :-)

Those pictures are so precious! How cute is she!?!?!

I'm really hoping to join in the study...I've got a few other irons in the fire right now, but I'll decide soon and let you know.

Hi Lelia,

I'm in on the study!! I can't wait. Being real is one of my heart's desires for God's people. We can do so much more for God when we are honest and real.

I already have my book... waiting patiently, well, sort of.

I'm definitely in. Already have my book. I'm ready to go. I'm even tossing away the toe guards!

Can I borrow your co-worker. What cuteness! I know she does snuggles. That alone would trump the slobbering and laziness anyday! If I ever get out your way I'm coming over for hours of snuggles and hugs from Amiyah!

I have been silently watching many of you go through Lysa's book. I finished it a while back with my "real life(!)" study group. So, I am thrilled to join in with Behind the Eyes.

And your daughter is adorable!

Lelia,
I'm excited to finally say "Yes to God" on Tuesdays! I started reading your blog about the middle of the study you just finished, What Happens When Women Walk in Faith, and thrilled to be able to participate in this next one. Looking forward to all of what the Lord will reveal to us. Thank you for being the host.

Amiyah's pictures are very precious and so cute!! ...and, I love the sign! I think I need to post such a sign in my office!

I'm so sorry for your Mum... I will keep her in my prayers. Bless her heart! What an incredible woman she is!!!

I am SO SO SO glad to see pics of Amiyah! I was beginning to miss her delightful face. I so wish you were a scrap-booker and we lived close (for alot of other reasons), cos that would be one gorgeous page of photos and journalling!!! Squeeze her gently for me...

I will be keeping up with the study too, but I'll be one of those silent types...

Hey, just quietly... isn't this your birthday month?!!!

Hi Lelia,

Amiyah is so adorable. I know how you feel. My heart just swells with love for my grandbaby, too. I couldn't have imagined I could love my grandbaby so much as my own but I do. I won't be joining this study because I'm right smack in the middle of studying the bible using Kay Arthur's inductive study method starting with Genesis. There is so much to glean using this method. I've filled pages and pages of notes, lists and insights and I'm only on Genesis 4! I pray many blessings for you and the girls doing this next study.

Blessings,
Sandra

Ahhh, what a precious worker you have!!

You are so creative, this was precious.

I'll be dropping by on Tuesdays for sure.

I'm doing 2 bible studies now, with lots of homework weekly.

I'll join in on your next one, I PROMISE...

Love you~

Oh you know I want to do this but I don't have the book and CBS keeps me so busy. I hate missing out though!!

As for your co-worker she would almost make me want to work outside the home. And to think, you are getting paid to do that job. I would say you are one lucky lady and your "co worker" is one lucky baby!!

Hi Lelia,
She is precious, bless her heart, must be hard to get things done at work, I know I would be cuddling all day long lol. Hi, Lelia!

Super cute pics of your co-worker!

Hey, i meant to leave a comment the other day - or say something to Gene & you at church - but about his back situation, i was gonna tease that if he wants more sausage cheese balls, there's gotta be an easier way to get 'em! hehe...

Hope you have a wonderful week!

I was blog surfing and came across your bible study page. When I went to my Christian book store it was the last copy on the shelf so figured it was a "God Thing". I do not currently have a blog but my email is prodgers@bellsouth.net and I am looking forward to doing this Study.

I am praying tonight for you as you "ramp up" for this new book study!

Also praying for your mom...what Satan intended to do for evil, God will make it all good!

Have a great day tomorrow!

Looking forward to the study! I have a soft spot for you because you share a name with my grandmother, Lelia Wright Maxwell...a master of chocolate pies, black-eyed peas and cornbread, and hugs that cut off the circulation. I miss her immensely! She passed in 1993 when I was pregnant with my first child. I hate my boys never got to experience Granny Maxwell.

OK! I'm going to go buy my book right now (amazon.com)

I can't wait. When I read what this book was about over at Lisa Whittle's blog I knew I had to sign up.

God began a new work in me a year or so ago and it has everything to do with "being real". So I cannot pass up the opportunity to do this study with all of you ladies. I know He has something wonderful to teach me.

YAY! Can't wait!

I have been looking for an online place for spiritual study and fellowship. I really do not know what to do next other than join you in Praise of the Most High and Holy God and His Son Jesus, precious, precious Jesus. My comment is this for all of you blessed new Christian friends I now have: Salvation is at the fron of the cross and healing is at the back of the same cross where he hung there to bear those deep and hurtful stripes for you and me. I ask for your prayers NOW. Pattie is in CCU, the lie of Cancer has not spread anywhere. In the name of Jesus Christ, please pray that Pattie's lungs will be healed. She has the right to live and live in prosperity. Her husband also lost his job, my brother, real brother. Please pray and agree with me in Jesus' name, Thank You Father for not what You do but for Who you are!
Please tell me what I need to do to hook up with you and my fellow brothers and sisters. Please! I need your fellowship, please. Eveie
